Sesame Tahini Soba Noodles with Shaved Veggies

We source organic and local produce whenever possible and of course with seasonality in mind, and hold our protein vendor partners to a high standard as well. Our meat is grass-fed, our ABF chicken is raised on a network of family farms, and our salmon is either wild or sustainably farmed.

Each dish has label that contains ingredient, allergen, and reheat instructions. Everything is packaged in a way that will allow it to stay fresh in your fridge for 3-4 days. We do however recommend eating any fish dishes in the first 1-2 days after receiving.

Almost every dish comes in two sizes: Standard, and Small.

Standard is a larger portion with 2-4 servings, great for a large group or eating throughout the week, while Small is 1-2 servings.
