MAINS & FOR THE LITTLES

Grain Free Salmon Cakes: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Transfer the cakes to a baking sheet or oven safe dish and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Heat in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cakes are warmed through.   
Kale Pesto Chicken Over Chicories: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking tray or oven safe dish before heating in the oven for 10-15  minutes until the chicken is warmed through. Serve alongside dressed chicory salad. 
Gluten Free Eggplant Parmesan: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the plastic lid from the tray before heating in the oven for 15  minutes. 
Falafel with Carrot Cabbage Slaw: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Transfer falafels to a baking sheet or oven safe dish. Heat the falafels for 10 minutes. Serve alongside carrot cabbage slaw and tahini dipping sauce. 
Lemongrass Flank Steak with Basmati Rice: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the plastic lid from the tray before heating steak and rice in the oven for 10 -15 minutes.
Parmesan Chicken Fingers: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the plastic lid from the tray before heating in the oven for 10 minutes.
Pizza Pinwheels: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the plastic lid from the tray before heating in the oven for 7-10 minutes. 
Mini Beef Meatballs with Cherry Tomato Sauce: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the plastic lid and cover the tray with aluminum foil before heating  in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Honey Glazed Butternut Squash with Walnuts & Sage: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes. 
Vegetarian Cobb Salad: Toss with Lemon Vinaigrette and enjoy. To warm chicken, preheat your oven to 300°F. Transfer the chicken breast to a baking tray or oven safe dish before heating in the oven for 10-15  minutes until the chicken is warmed through.
Crunchy Quinoa Salad: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. 
Steamed Broccoli with Parmesan Vinaigrette: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. To warm the broccoli, preheat your oven to 300°F. Heat broccoli in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Pour Parmesan Vinaigrette over the broccoli prior to serving. 
Orzo with Roasted Eggplant & Feta: Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
