The Basics
What is Stocked?
Stocked is a premium prepared-foods delivery service built to complement your routine, not compete with it. With no subscriptions required and a flexible, a la carte menu, Stocked lets you mix and match vegetable, grain, and protein dishes however you choose, whenever works best for you.
We have dishes for diners both big and small, all made with ingredients without seed oils or additives
How do I order?
We know every week looks completely different, so Stocked works on a week-by-week basis. Each menu features a rotating mix of new recipes and returning favorites. Just choose your delivery week, pick your dishes, and select your delivery day—Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Order cutoffs are 3 days before your chosen date
How do serving sizes work?
Serving sizes really depend on who’s eating and how you’re enjoying the food.
- Mains are bigger portions meant to stretch, usually 2–4 servings, whether that’s feeding a group or keeping you set for a few days.
- Vegetables and grains flex from 1–4 servings depending on what else is on the plate.
- Smalls are just that: smaller portions, perfect for little eaters or lighter appetites, usually 1–2 servings.
How long will my food last?
Everything is packaged in a way that will allow it to stay fresh in your fridge for 3-4 days. We do however recommend eating any fish dishes in the first 1-2 days after receiving. Many snacks and breakfast items can be kept for longer. Not sure you’ll eat something in time? Many items are freezer-friendly!
Is there a subscription?
Stocked is not a subscription! Order a la carte whenever it works for you.
Menus
Are your ingredients organic?
We source organic and local produce whenever possible and of course with seasonality in mind, and hold our protein vendor partners to a high standard. We use antibiotic and hormone-free chicken, grass-fed ground beef and prime hanger steak, organic dirty dozen produce, Faroe Island salmon, and source a variety of ingredients from local farms.
Is your food made locally?
Everything is made with care in our New York City kitchen and hand-delivered to your door less than 24 hours after it’s been prepared to provide the highest quality experience.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Since we are a la carte, we are transparent about the exact ingredients in each dish, and call out major allergens. If you have allergies or food preferences, you can choose accordingly to avoid specific ingredients. However, we operate in a facility that processes nuts, shellfish, dairy, and gluten, and cannot make any promises about cross-contamination for serious allergies.
How often do your menus change?
Our menus change weekly so there’s always something new to stock your fridge. Some Provisions and Market staples are available every week, while others rotate. We keep 3-4 weeks of menus live at a time so you can plan ahead.
Do you provide reheat instructions?
Yes, each dish has a label that contains ingredient, allergen, and reheat instructions.
Delivery
When do you deliver?
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday every week.
Here are the cutoffs for placing an order (unless we sell out first):
- Wednesday at 12p for Sunday delivery
- Thursday at 12p for Monday delivery
- Friday at 12p for Tuesday delivery

- Westchester County
- Fairfield County, CT
- Parts of Essex, Union, Bergen and Hudson Counties in New Jersey
- Parts of Long Island

What are your delivery fees?
NYC
- Free delivery over $200
- $12 for orders between $100-$200
- $25 for orders under $100
Outside NYC within 30 Miles
- Free delivery over $250
- $20 for orders between $100-$250
- $38 for orders under $100
Outside NYC over 30 Miles
- Free delivery over $250
- $25 for orders between $100 and $250
- $38 for orders under $100
The Hamptons
- Free delivery over $350
- $75 delivery for all orders under $350
How will my order arrive?
We always deliver, never ship. All orders will arrive in refrigerated bags with ice packs. While we suggest you get everything into the fridge when your order is delivered, it will remain at a safe temperature during transit and few hours afterwards.
How can I return my bags?
At this time we are not currently collecting bags. However, if you live in Manhattan or Brooklyn and have accumulated 10 or more of our delivery bags, please email us at hi@stockedbythreeowls.com and we would be happy to coordinate a pickup.

Can I send a gift?
Is there any gift better than a filled fridge for the week?! You can gift Stocked by purchasing a gift card, selecting one of our care packages to send, or placing an a la carte order for the lucky recipient.
