Program Overview

Stocked has built a community of creators, partners, and advocates who share our passion for thoughtfully prepared food, convenience without compromise, and making high-quality meals more accessible.

Our affiliates align with Stocked’s core values and help introduce new customers to our brand through authentic recommendations, content, and referrals.

By signing up for the Stocked Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales, calculated after any customer discounts are applied and excluding taxes, fees, and shipping.

Referred customers will receive a dedicated affiliate discount code.

During periods when Stocked is running a sitewide promotion or sale, affiliate discount codes may not be combinable. In these instances, commissions may be reduced or not awarded.

Commission rates and customer discount amounts may be adjusted at Stocked’s discretion with notice.

Commission Payments

Commissions are approved only after customer payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. Any returns, refunds, chargebacks, or canceled orders will be deducted from future commission payouts.

Approved commissions will be paid within 30 days of the sale date via the agreed-upon payment method (e.g., PayPal). Completion of an IRS W-9 may be required prior to payment.

Complimentary Deliveries

Affiliates may receive complimentary Stocked deliveries upon joining the program, at Stocked’s discretion. Active affiliates may receive additional complimentary food, credits, or exclusive discounts periodically based on participation, performance, and availability.

Additional Affiliate Program Perks

In addition to commissions, Stocked affiliates may receive access to:

• Early access to new menu launches or offerings
• Exclusive promotions or campaigns
• Opportunities for featured content, collaborations, or brand partnerships
• Affiliate spotlights on Stocked social, email, or website channels

Perks are subject to change and availability.

Partner Commitments

By joining the Stocked Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to:

• Share authentic experiences and content featuring Stocked meals
• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly and in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Use approved brand assets and messaging where provided
• Avoid misleading claims or guarantees about Stocked products
• Represent the Stocked brand professionally and respectfully

Stocked reserves the right to remove affiliates who do not meet brand standards or violate program terms.

Affiliate Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

During the course of participation in the Stocked Affiliate Program, the Affiliate may receive access to confidential or proprietary information related to Stocked, including but not limited to business practices, marketing plans, customer data, or internal communications.

The Affiliate agrees that such information is confidential, is the property of Stocked, and must be kept strictly confidential. The Affiliate may not use, disclose, copy, or share any such information with third parties except as required to perform affiliate activities and only with Stocked’s written permission.

Upon termination of participation in the Affiliate Program or upon request by Stocked, the Affiliate agrees to return or destroy all confidential materials in their possession.

Stocked reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
