It all started as a shop...

After a career as a cookbook author, chef, and recipe developer, I opened Three Owls in the West Village. A gourmet prepared foods shop, café, and catering company, it was inspired by my deep appreciation for the generations-old delis and specialty shops I’ve frequented my whole life. 

Somewhere during that time, we decided to do what we did best - prepared foods - but on a larger scale, delivering all over the tri-state area to stock the fridge for the week. We called it Stocked by Three Owls.

I was a new (pandemic-era) mom, and felt that the way I genuinely ate at home wasn't reflected in any 'meal delivery' service out there. It turns out I wasn't alone in feeling that way, and we've since closed our Three Owls storefront doors to focus all our attention on the expansion of Stocked.

I am incredibly excited to be filling fridges with the food that sparked the original shop, the food I cook at home for my family and have been developing for years. We strive to make your lives a little bit easier, a lot more delicious with a fridge that is full of things you’re excited to eat and excited to share.
