3 Day Fridge Stock

Fill your fridge without thinking about it. We’ll send three full days (yes, for all three meals!) worth of prepared food to mix and match, serving 2 adults generously. Any allergies or dietary restrictions? Add them in the comments field or feel free to email us. Be sure to select your desired delivery date (Monday or Thursday) and time window for delivery at checkout. 

The 3-Day Fridge Stock includes:

• 3 Mains (ready to eat or reheat)
• 6 Sides (vegetables and grains designed to last) 
• 1 Weekly Soup
• Large chopped salad (dressing alongside)
• Our House Breakfast Cups: Maple Banana Overnight Oats + Coconut Chia Pudding  
• Weekly dip + winter crudites 
• House Snacks: Vegan Seed Crumble & Three Owls Granola
• Three Owls Chicken Salad + Everything Crostini 
• Surprise Treat of the Week  

All orders are delivered in a refrigerated bag, but we recommend getting your items into the fridge as soon as possible. Everything is packaged to hold for 3 days or more in the fridge, with reheat instructions to be found here and full ingredient lists for each dish available as well.
